Bournehurst Update

Bournehurst Park Village is our flagship retirement village in Maghull. It's currently under construction and will soon be made up of three main components – a 67 bed Care Home, 15 Lodges and 91 Apartments with a central hub of communal amenities. All of our properties are for buyers over 55 who are looking for flexible support if necessary whilst enjoying their independence for as long as possible. 

Phase one of Bournehurst was the completion of Damfield Gardens, a 67 bed care home which is now owned by Highpoint Care. The care home was completed in 2018 on a turnkey basis, which meant we designed the building and filled it with everything necessary to operate as a fully operational care home. Our in-house interior designers worked alongside Highpoint Care to create a care home which feels more like a high end hotel for the residents. 

Phase two is the construction of our contemporary lodges for the over 55’s, the first phase of which is almost complete. Lodge 13 – Chaffinch, Lodge 14 – Skylark and Lodge 15 – The Sanderling are all but complete on the exterior with Lodge 14 sold and occupied. The next phase of lodges are available to reserve off-plan so that you can have input in the design specification of your new home!

Once all 15 lodges are complete we will move onto the final phase of Bournehurst which is a proposed apartment building with 91 extra care apartments and a central hub of amenities for all Bournehurst homeowners to enjoy.
