For customers who are eager to get a feel for the development in person, we are offering unaccompanied viewings to eliminate the risk posed by someone showing them around. This means that, with the aid of a property guide booklet, they can take their time and soak up all the details around the property at their own pace. 

Looking ahead we are future proofing our properties, from care homes to residential projects, it's imperative that we evaluate how the design of properties might be adjusted to suit potential future pandemics. What exactly is the new normal? That is yet to be decided.
